Where we came from, where we have been and where we are now
Started in 1999, when Russell Smith, expanded his role in the hospitality industry. He decided in 2009 to take all of his knowledge and experience into Africa from being mainly South African based. Starting from scratch with this expansion, he had to make his way into Africa to build contacts and get projects himself. 24 years on and Russell M Smith now has a strong footprint in projects on the African Continent and the World. Having been in the industry for over 40 years, this knowledge is used in helping our clients.
We offer management, development, project management and consulting for all hotels, lodges and resorts throughout Africa and the world. We take great pride in our current and past projects in South Africa, Nigeria, Namibia, Angola, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Uganda, Malawi, Burundi, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Lesotho, Kenya, Tanzania, eSwatini, Seychelles and Madagascar. Our footprint has also reached out of Africa to Indonesia, Croatia, Australia, New Zealand and more and is ever expanding.
